Donaldson Homes is a family-owned and operated home builder based in Mint Hill, NC. Founded in 2020 by Charlotte native Jeremy Donaldson, our company was built on a foundation of integrity, hard work, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Before establishing Donaldson Homes, Jeremy served eight years with Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department, bringing discipline, attention to detail, and strong community values into the business. Co-owner Rebecca Donaldson, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, brings over a decade of experience in real estate, with a strong focus on finance and guiding clients through the building process.
